We’re so excited to send a little self care your way! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your Latheré order:
1. Processing Time
All orders are handmade, packed, and shipped with care.
🕊️ Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
During sales or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience and support!
2. Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
📍 U.S. Orders Only
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
3. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is with the shipping carrier, we unfortunately can't control delays or lost items.
If your package seems lost or hasn't moved in a few days, feel free to contact us at latherebodycare@gmail.com — we’re happy to help however we can.
4. Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it — but a new shipping fee may apply.
5. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right 💛
